NY Day 6

My last full day and night in NY were great. Even though my foot was killing me (read the next blog about the first day or two in London for more info on that) I had to walk around the park. I did just as much sitting as walking, really, but I still managed 20 blocks down and across the park. It was an absolutely beautiful day.

Lots of newlywed couples.

Tourists...I've always enjoyed taking pictures of them. You know that if you followed my blog when I was living there.

I also love funny street signs.

After going to the park I headed over to Rockefellar Center to meet Tyler and Jenn because we were trying to see Kat Von D. I had to do it for Jamie (I LOVE YOU, SIS!!!).

...but all I got was the back of her head. She wasn't interested.

After that, I followed Jenn and Tyler to David Letterman to try to see Hugh Lawrie (Dr. House) but he was in a rush, so we went to a diner and got some food with Lana and her boyfriend, Patrick. We did try to get lottery tickets to Avenue Q, but we didn't win.
So, after eating I went with Lana and Patrick to this bar by Webster Hall (where I saw John Mayer when I was living there). We drank beer and ate hot wings...good times :)

I miss the city.

My last picture of the NY part of the trip. Lana, Patrick, and me freezing our butts off.

I wasn't supposed to be in view in this video...it was just supposed to be getting the audio of riding the train. The Hunter kids will enjoy this. I used to take the train from 77th to 68th when I was feeling lazy on my way to school. :)
