Days 2 - 5

Finally some pictures for you!!! YAAYYY!!!

So, this is an oldie but a goodie...not really... When Rosh and Arti took me to get my foot checked out, we first went to this place, but they were closed. We were 10 minutes too late. Then we went to the actual hospital emergency room, which I did not get a picture of. I was in pain and tired, and the whole trip was losing it's hilarity.

The next day was good.

Rosh's designer motorbike helmet. She's very proud of it. It is lovely.

There's baby sis. Bhavi, as I call her. Chandni as everyone else calls her.

They're being disgusted with each other.

we had a sleep over in their room...Bhavi got the floor, but she swears she was comfortable. Not difficult to believe.

Trying to be cute? Right after the flash hit we were busting up laughing, anyway. All dressed up to go to the bank.

Tea and crumpets!

Yesterday I went with Cha to the Oxford v. Cambridge boat race (Oxford won..YAAYY!!)
This is Cha's tube station.

Hammersmith bridge

It was packed! We didn't actually see the boats, but we tried...at least there was the screen. We met with some of Cha's friends who were lovely.

It was so crowded that I had to take a picture from WAAAYYY up there. No arm room. As you can see, the sun made an appearance! Yay for sun!

This is Cha's lovely kitchen and back garden. You can see the grouchy cat, Pudding, there on the counter.

The sunset view from Cha's skylight. Very nice to stick your head out of.

Cha's street.

The view from Cha's room's back window.

The grouchy Pudding cat. He's really actually kinda nice, though.

Treacle (you see a trend in the cat names, yeah?). He's pretty friendly.

And this big lug of a man is Alfie the labradoodle. You can see that he's the friendliest of them all. I was giving him a big 'ol belly scratch here.

After Rosh picked me up from Cha's (that is, after we had Chinese take away and hung out for a while, then left) this happened. For some reason. Rosh was giggling at my booty shaking abilities.

the infamous

I was trying to get the thing on my head and the booty-scarf (as I'm so eloquently calling it) at the same time. I failed, but it's cute anyway.

they're so cute.

Now I'm off to my last healing session then to the wax-ist. Good times!! The foot is feeling much better today than it has been. Hopefully that keeps up. :)
PS. I'm finally feeling like I'm over the jetlag! I feel like a human. Thank GOD!
