Having a bum limb of any sort is bad. Having an injured foot is terrible. Although I can see how having limited use of a hand or arm is completely obnoxious as hell, but at least you can go places. It's like choosing between a head cold or stomach bug. Both suck, but you can function relatively normally in society (or fake it) with a head cold.
Now, for example, I would love to be walking up Chandos Lane to the Chinese take away place to get food with Rosh and Chantal, but I can't. I could go if I had a bum hand, as Cha is doing, but it kinda puts a damper in things when walking is the problem.
So, I have pictures from today that I'd like to post but you have to wait till tomorrow when I'll be lying around all day again.
I have really been having a lovely time except for all of this injury madness. I'm glad the girls and Rosh's mom are all taking care of me while I hobble around (less and less hobbling each day...hopefully that trend keeps up).
Here's to the UK time change! Like I haven't had enough of that action going on lately. It started with the US time change, then continued with (poorly) switching to Eastern time in NY, then getting on London time. At least there's more light in the evening now, though.

Okay - I'm all caught up now! Despite your injury, I'm totally jealous. Great pics with the celebs in NY. You're right - I did recognize them when I saw them. I love that chick from The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. Glad to hear she was nice.
